We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your Honeylove essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely package your items in the original mailer or a box of your choice.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
